Hello, guys!
This is a nice case, but my lapse with the flap releasing ended in too much tension on the sutures. I lost some of the volume, because of necrosis of the flap... too much tension on the sutures!
The final result got close from what we need. Almost a perfect emergence profile! Almost!
Who save the case, was the prosthetic and restorative work, from my technician Ricardo Bressan and my friend Gustavo Ribas!
