HerbaFarm Academy Rose Harvest Aromatherapy Retreat is going to take place between June 5-8, 2024 in Turkey for the 5th time.

🌹 Rosa damascena is the symbol of beauty and essentially important medicinal plant in Turkish culture since the Ottoman Empire. We begin our tour by flying to Denizli and staying at Hotel Lago di Salda, the only hotel with a magnificent view of Salda Lake. On the second day, we will visit Lake Salda and hear about the importance of magnesium and formation of hydromagnesite from Pharm. Meltem Kurtsan.

During the retreat, our Guests will learn the history of rose, its importance in perfume industry while visiting one of the largest rose plantation cities in the world, Isparta. We will have the privilege to join the rose harvesting at an actual farm, visit rose oil distillation companies and observe traditional and modern methods of rose oil, rose hydrosol, rose concrete, and rose absolute productions.

We are happily announcing that HerbaFarm Academy has been accredited by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) to provide Level 3 Clinical Aromatherapist Course.🥳

💫As a NAHA Approved Aromatherapy School, we have been hosting Level 1 and Level 2 online and in-class courses since 2019.

💫Now we are looking forward meeting our students 👩🏻‍🔬👨🏻‍🔬for Level 3 Clinical Aromatherapist Course soon. 🌱💚

This adorable plant is formed by stitching the fruits of Smilax excelsa (sarsaparilla) one by one on the branches of Ruscus aculeatus (box holly). The perfect harmony of the red-green combination warms our souls and is believed to bring luck 😉
