✔ Heavy sweating
✔ Cold, pale skin
✔ Body temperature below 40°C (104°F)
✔ Lightheadedness or dizziness
✔ A headache
✔ Fast breathing
✔ A rapid or weak pulse
✔ Muscle cramps
✔ Swelling of the lower extremities

If you or someone is experiencing these signs and symptoms, it is recommended to take measures to reduce exposure to the heat and reach out the nearest health care provider.
