Hello and Namaste everyone!
I’m happy to announce that Yoga of the Voice will be happening in April!
Yoga of the Voice is a gentle, guided experience where we explore healing, self-regulation and Self connection using your breath and your voice.
Through humming, toning, soft vocal expression, chanting, and moments of silence, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your voice; not to perform, but to feel.
What to Expect
• Gentle breathwork to support the nervous system
• Humming and toning to stimulate the vagus nerve
• Guided vocal expression (no singing experience needed)
• Simple chanting and sound exploration
• Moments of stillness and silence for integration
