Heres my February offering - A Yoga Nidra Night
Guided Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation often called “yogic sleep.” You lie down comfortably while being guided through breath and body awareness, allowing the body to fully rest while the mind stays gently aware. This in-between state supports deep relaxation and inner healing.
Yoga Nidra supports healing on multiple levels:
1.Deep nervous system reset (moves the body out of stress mode)
2.Reduces anxiety, overwhelm, and mental fatigue
3.Improves sleep quality
4.Releases physical tension stored in the body
