Ever feel frustrated when the scale doesn't move, even though your clothes are fitting better? As a dietitian, I see this all the time! The truth is, the number on the scale only tells a tiny part of the story.

When you focus only on "losing weight," the scale drops because you are losing a mix of:

The Risk: If you lose weight too fast through "crash dieting," you might just be getting smaller, but not necessarily healthier or more toned.
