*HOT WEATHER CAN BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH, SO HERE'S HOW YOU SHOULD PROPERLY HYDRATE*

Throughout the month of August daytime temperatures will generally reach highs of around 31°C. In recent times the highest recorded temperature in August has been 39°C🥵🥵🥵🥵Here are some tips for staying cool😎:

💧Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day--- There are some people who might need added electrolytes, like construction workers (who have to work outside in the heat), soldiers who are training and exercising all day and high-level athletes, who train several times a day

💧Avoid sugary drinks, alcohol, and/or caffeine

💧Cool down-- wear loose-fitting , breathable fabric/clothing in light colors; schedule strenuous sports and physical activities during cooler times of the day; protect yourself from the sun with hats and other shade accessories; take drink breaks often; and mist yourself with a spray bottle if you become overheated.

💧Eat food with high water content such as tomatoes, watermelon, cucumbers, grapefruit
