So most of you know I am the mom of a freedom challenged son.

The system is built to freeze people in their worst moment. It loves labels. Charges. Numbers. Risk scores. Old narratives.

It is not designed to make room for growth, remorse, healing, maturity, or redemption.

So part of the work we on the outside have to do is help human beings inside the SYSTEM see the whole person REFORMED.

Freedom challenged folks are not disposable.
Freedom challenged folks are not hopeless.
Freedom challenged folks are not the worst thing they have ever done.

If justice leaves no room for redemption, then what are we really building?

I don’t have all the answers.

But I know this: we have to keep telling the truth. We have to keep sharing our stories. We have to keep pushing back against systems that punish people forever and call it justice.

Hey Everyone,

Sooooooo… I’ve been sitting with a retreat idea

How do you feel about an intimate yoga retreat experience… on a yacht… sailing through Turkey and the Greek islands?

Each day we will create space to move with the wind, breathe a little deeper, and settle into the rhythm of our bodies on the water.
I love the water, and this feels right.

Early September 2027.

I will share a sample itinerary so you can get a feel for the week.

As we close the circle on RETURN, we just want to say thank you 🤍

Thank you for coming back to the mat, to the breath, to yourself. Thank you to everyone who practiced along, reflected, wandered, returned, and to those who gathered with us for live practice today. Your presence is felt.
