Difficult Diabetic Patient
This patient presents with an extremely elevated random blood sugar (RBS) of 505 mg/dL, indicating severe hyperglycemia and poorly controlled diabetes. This level poses immediate risk for complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state (HHS), both of which can be life-threatening if not addressed urgently.
