The little things that keeps us going! ๐Ÿ˜

Forever a grandpaโ€™s girl.
I will make you proud.
Itโ€™s the little things...the memories that stay with us the longestโ€ฆ
and remind us of a love that never really leaves.
Everything I do, especially in my journey through education and as a psychologist, carries a piece of you with me.
A gentle reminder to someone todayโ€”
keep going. The people you love still live through you.

March is Self-Harm Prevention Month. Itโ€™s a time to raise awareness about the psychological factors that can lead to self-harm and the importance of early support. Understanding warning signs, learning healthy coping strategies, and connecting with mental health professionals are essential steps in promoting emotional well-being.

Letโ€™s foster resilience, provide compassion, and create safe spaces where people can be heard and supported.

As we celebrate Women's Month, I am truly grateful to be nurtured and surrounded by strong, inspiring women. I give thanks for the many who have nurtured me, cared for me, and supported my journey along the way.

One of the greatest blessings has been learning from the wisdom of older heads - women whose experiences, strength, and guidance have shaped and encouraged me. At the same time, I find deep joy in nurturing and empowering the younger ones, walking alongside them as they grow into their own strength and purpose.

As a psychologist, being able to create spaces to speak openly about womenโ€™s mental health, to support one another, and to share meaningful moments with amazing women is one of my greatest joys.
When women support women, we build communities of healing, resilience, and empowerment.

This month and onwards we celebrate the beauty of sisterhood and the power of women uplifting women. ๐Ÿ’œโœจ
