**Storytime**

We recently completed a 7 day Hypnosis Program for a 12year old High School Student. After the program his mom mentioned that he wanted to do a review. She assisted him in penning this thoughtful message to us. Keep in mind, this client is a minor and protecting the child's right to privacy was a concern of the parents and we promised that we will keep his review anonymous.

Thank you for your amazing feedback, nothing brought us more pleasure than work with this family in reaching his desired goal. We hope that other interested parties, allow us to assist them as we have done here.

Self-blame is a common trauma response.

Many survivors internalize the harm done to them as personal failure. Healing begins when we stop assigning fault to our past selves for how they coped.

It’s not punishment. It’s pattern.
Karma doesn’t come to hurt you, it comes to repeat itself until you recognize it, heal it, and rise beyond it.

It’s the unresolved energy in your relationships.
It’s the loop in your choices.
It’s the lesson that shows up with a different face, until you finally choose differently.

Karma isn’t about revenge.
It’s about remembrance, of who you are, what you’re here to break, and what you’re destined to become.

Dr Kowlessar rescues a little bird in the yard. We asked her “Why did you bring the bird in, don’t they carry unknown diseases?” to which she replies “Because life is sacred. That bird carries energy, not just wings and if it showed up here, it needed care, not fear.”
