Last week, my body said Slow down, and I listened.
My cycle hit right between the Summer Solstice and the New Moon.
Hip pain.
Fatigue.
Emotional shifts.
I didn’t overproduce.
I didn’t push.
I moved with my body, not against it.

Saturday, I sold out at Juneteenth in Bakersfield.
Sunday, limited stock, because I create from alignment, not exhaustion.

Ladies, your cycle is your business strategy, if you listen.
What you birth carries your energy.
Forced energy creates low-vibe products.
Aligned energy builds legacy.

Today is Monday.
I’m back in flow.
Clear. Focused.

Ok ladies y” ll being asking how I do to sleep 8-10 hours.

I layer:
