Just for Today!
💞💖💞
Nothing Is Truly Lost — It Is Only Changing Form...
If you feel like you’re losing everything…
Pause. Breathe. Reflect.
In nature, trees lose their leaves every single year.
They stand bare.
They look empty.
They look lifeless.
But they are not dying.
They are preparing.
In Buddhism, this reflects the truth of impermanence — that everything in life changes.
Joy changes.
Pain changes.
Loss changes.
Even who you are today will not be who you are tomorrow.
What feels like “losing everything” is often life removing what is no longer meant for your next chapter.
Just like trees do not panic when leaves fall…
They trust the seasons.
🍂 Autumn is not the end.
🌱 It is preparation for rebirth.
The Buddha taught that suffering often comes not from change itself —
But from our resistance to change.
We want things to stay the same.
We want people to stay the same.
We want life to stay predictable.
But peace begins when you understand:
Nothing you truly need can ever be taken from you.
And nothing that leaves was meant to stay forever.
Sometimes life strips you down to teach you:
✨ Who you really are
✨ What really matters
✨ How strong you truly are
Loss can feel like punishment.
But often, it is protection.
Often, it is redirection.
Often, it is silent preparation for growth you cannot yet see.
So if life feels empty right now…
If things feel uncertain…
If you feel like you are standing in your own winter season…
Stand tall anyway.
Because seasons change.
Pain softens.
New chapters grow quietly beneath the surface.
And just like the tree —
You are still alive.
You are still growing.
You are still becoming.
Trust the season you are in.
