Today is World Mental Health Day 2025, a day to remind us that mental health is not optional, it is essential. The global theme this year is “Access to Services, Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies”, highlighting that even in times of crisis, support and care must remain accessible to all.

At TTMHC2025, we stand by this message. Because when barriers to care fall, resilience rises. Together, we reaffirm:

Mental health is a priority, even in the face of overwhelming adversity.

Access must be equitable, timely, and responsive - mo one left behind.

Every person’s voice matters — in policy, in service, and in recovery.

Let this day be a call to action: to strengthen our systems, expand our reach, and deepen our compassion.
