For 2021, let’s change the conversation we have with ourselves and with each other regarding our body & food.

We totally understand, the past couple months has been an emotional roller coaster for most of us and we have been eating whatever we want, whenever we want.

And for most of us, when you have realize what you have done to yourself. You get excessive plan to exercise at least 5 times a week do it along side every β€œdiet fad” that looks promising.πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Until, you become tired and demotivated a month or 2 after from not seeing drastic results.
