Today is World Mental Health Day. Join me as I explore it's theme, "It is time to prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace." Standing from my vantage point on the mountain, as I look back at my experience supporting workplaces over the past 26 years and look out to what the future holds, I grapple with my frustration that in 2024 we could be declaratively stating that "it is time," my sense that it is PAST time and ultimately my recognition that we are at a moment in history when there is more readiness for this message than in the past.

Today is all about the THANK YOU!!! Thanks to each and every one of you who have allowed me to speak into your lives, your workplaces, your relationships and your struggles. Thank you for trusting me with your sacred stories and spaces. On this, the third anniversary of Looking Point Solutions Ltd, I look outward at the world of opportunities that I would like to pursue in this year- the launch of the EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) arm of my company and deepening in my training initiatives, to name but a few. I am awed at how much can happen in such a short space of time and stand in gratitude before each one of you that made this possible...
