26.10.24 - Breast Cancer Awareness Wellness Walk Challenge. Tracking Station, Chaguaramas.

A Wonderful Wellness morning started with gentle stretches and a guided Gratitude meditation to begin our walk mindfully and centered. Then off we went through the beautiful Bamboo Cathedral, catching our breath at the lookout.
