CLWH TRANSCRIBE’s Mission

CLWH TRANSCRIBE was established to fulfil the need for legal and general transcription services for English audio files. In this the digital era, there is still the need for the written word in a well-punctuated format. To date, speech-to-text software does not correctly translate colloquialisms hence the need for my services. The search engines need the transcripts when executing searches. Many citations are still done from the written word.

As an internationally certified freelance transcriptionist, I shall create a transcript of exactly what is said from a digital recording. Limited editing, apart from ensuring the accurate punctuation of a transcript, will only be done at the request of the client. I shall have strict adherence to the client’s specific formats with delivery in the agreed timeframe meeting and surpassing the industry's standard of 98% accuracy. My transcripts will be produced on a computer system that has the most up-to-date antivirus software.
