There’s nothing worse than trying to remember a gazillion things when you’re short on time and in a rush.

As busy women, it’s COMMON (but not entirely necessary ) to be doing all the things! So add a sense of calm by slowing down in order to speed up. Slow down and think of tomorrow’s you. What would make her life easier?

Does she need to meal plan and pack a lunch? Does she need a high energy snack for her afternoon meetings? Does she need to leave enough time to unwind and get grounded after her morning team meeting?

What does she need?

Think from that place. Then plan and take action.

Doing this will take the edge off feeling cramped for time and allow your body to start acting and feeling stronger and more energized.
