TIPS ON SPICES

It can be difficult to decide what spice to pair with what food, so I have decided to create a list of what spices should go best with different types of meat.

Food Type Seasoning

1. Beef - Basil, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Cumin, Curry Powder, Dry Mustard Powder, Garlic, Green Pepper, Onion, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme.

2. Fish - Bay Leaf, Cayenne, Curry Powder, Celery Seed, Chives, Dill, Fennel, Lemon Zest, Marjoram, Mint, Dry Mustard Powder, Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Red Pepper, Saffron, Sage, Sesame Seed, Tarragon, Thyme, Turmeric.

3. Lamb - Basil, Cinnamon, Cumin, Curry Powder, Garlic, Marjoram, Mint, Onion, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Savory, Sesame Seed, Thyme.

4. Poultry - Basil, Bay Leaf, Cilantro, Cinnamon, Curry Powder, Garlic, Mace, Marjoram, Mint, Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Saffron, Savory, Tarragon, Thyme.

5. Pork - Allspice, Caraway, Celery Seed, Cloves, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Juniper Berries, Dry Mustard Powder, Paprika, Sage, Savory.

6. Veal - Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Curry Powder, Dill, Ginger, Lemon, Marjoram, Mint, Oregano, Paprika, Parsley, Saffron, Sage, Tarragon.

2023 has been the most difficult, painful scary Year...I almost lost my eyes..so far the treatment is coming along...my eyesight has improved alot and looking forward to a full recovery soon...
It's my eyes, I can't be in the heat much at the moment...
However, I'm looking forward to serving you guys soon...

Hey guys...
Just an update on me...
Haven't been well hence I haven't reopened...hopefully I'll see you guys soon...
To the doctors,nurses and security at the hospital who made sure that I was well taken care off...had me laughing through my pain ,God blessings to them
My brothers ,my sister and my Mummzy my biggest supporters love them all...
With God's blessings I shall be out as soon as I get through I'll be back out with a BANG ! 😉

Hey guys,
As my siblings and I join to take this entire month to reflect and comfort each other by doing prayers,satsang and charity in our parents honor,
I'll be closed until...
I'll be reopening however on the 11th of August...
So much has changed since Dad's passing...
Working without him has being a challenge but I'll not give up...but continue to try my best to continue our business in both my parents honour for they've thought me well especially when it comes too cooking.
Last Friday my siblings and I completed my Dad's finally rites which happened to fall on Mom's 8th death Anniversary...wish I can explain how that felt...
As the 31st approaches the day left us we're preparing charities etc...
I'm asking you guys to please bare with me...
I have so much big plans for Cutters Express coming soon ,I just wanted to get this over with to start afresh...
I'm so proud to say....
I am the daughter of Glen Pork Products
My aim is to continue business in my parents honor.
