鹿基衛教中心 提供糖尿病、骨質疏鬆、戒菸、氣喘以及腎臟病、失智等的慢性病衛教與個?

現有糖尿病專科醫師9位，專任個案管理護理師7名，專任糖尿病飲食衛教營養師5名，專業技術人員及事務人員2名；醫療團隊更通過「糖尿病衛教師」、「國際臨床骨密學會ISCD」、「戒菸衛教師」、「骨鬆專科醫師」認證。

102年擴大改建衛教中心空間，室內採主題衛教區，
外圍築起衛教玻璃牆，便於患者等候看診或衛教時供瀏看，

110年搬遷至門診大樓，每位患者有獨立空間能接受衛教，保有隱私的環境。

中心也開闢讓病友間互助互惠的糖尿病病友會&骨鬆病友會，
由不定期的活動中彼此分享生活經驗與獲得資訊。
