林全成醫師，經歷: 中山附設醫院腎臟科主治醫師，為中華民國內科專科醫師及腎臟專科醫師，急救加護專科醫師。
柯文傑醫師，經歷: 光田醫院腎臟科主治醫師，同為中華民國內科專科醫師及腎臟專科醫師。

透析服務時間:
週一、三、五，每日三班，7:00---23:00
週二、四、六，每日兩班，7:00---17:00
