Awaken Mindfulness, meditation and life coaching classes to guide you to really enjoy and appreciate the life you already live and to awaken into the present moment.

Awaken to Your Mind, Awaken to Happiness, Awaken to Health, Awaken to Your Life... Ben is 46, from England and has been working in education for over 23 years, much of that time in Taiwan. He has been studying/practicing mindfulness and meditation for the past 12 years and teaching it in an informal and formal way for the past 6 years. Ben has studied under a wide variety of teachers, both in Taiwan and the U.K. He has used both in person and online teachers and some of these such as; Sam Harris, Joseph Goldstein, Rupert Spira, Amy Edelstein, Jan Chozen Bays, Jayasara/Jitindriya, Adyashanti, Christopher Titmuss and many, many more teachers and practioners are considered the best teachers alive today. He has also recently spent time on a month long mindfulness/meditation retreat in England, where he spent alot of time in silent meditation alone, also in group meditations and many classes in the practice of mindfulness and meditation. His classes are quite relaxed and are a mixture between short meditations and mindfulness/life lessons. Ben has completed an Achology Certified 200 hour Psycology course and an Achology Certified 160 hour Life Coaching course.

但我不相信這種話。
我已經花了多年時間學習和創造自己的風格,
現在我想把它帶到台灣,
因為我知道它有真正的價值與力量。

I was told:
“Don’t bother trying to teach mindfulness meditation in Taiwan, no one wants it.”
But I don’t believe that.
I’ve spent years studying and shaping my own style of practice,
and now I want to bring it to Taiwan,
because I know it has real value and power.
