/ 一位真正的瑜伽學生/
如果你開始練習瑜伽,並且認定瑜伽將是你的目標,那麼請將專注力放在如何使瑜伽在各行各業中取得成功。不管你做什麼、吃什麼、喝什麼、抽什麼菸,都沒有什麼區別。這一切最終都必須以瑜伽最為終點。不要動搖,想一想它、夢想它、生活在這個想法裡面。讓大腦、肌肉、神經系統,身體的每一個部分都充滿著這個想法,然後放下所有其他想法。這是一個很好的方式走向成功並且也是心靈巨人所執行的方法。
這就是一般人和身心發展良好的人最主要的區別。如果一位瑜伽士找一份工作,不管是什麼工作,他會百分之百的全心專注投入,他不會浪費一分鐘。身體、心、每一條神經、每一根肌肉將完全的專注其中。所以任何的想法都會成功如果你將以下強力的建議放在你心中的話,『我會成功,我要專注』。然後你努力在這個上面。冥想需要的就是這些。這些是瑜伽學生的初步步驟。
If you take to yoga and yoga is going to be your goal, concentrate on how to make this yoga successful in all walks of life. Whatever you do, whatever you eat, drink, smoke, it makes no difference. It all must eventually end up in yoga. Do not waver. Think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea and leave other ideas alone. This is the great way to success and this is the way spiritual giants are produced.
This is the main difference between and ordinary man and a well-developed person. If a yogi takes up a job, no matter what it is, he will concentrate a full one hundred percent. He will not spare a minute. Body, mind, every nerve, every muscle will actually be concentrating. So any idea that you take to, you will succeed if you put this powerful suggestion in your mind,"I am going to succeed, I am going to concentrate'. And you put every effort into it. Meditation needs these things. These are the preliminary steps of a yoga student.
