Taipei, April 22 (CNA) A Gambian man and his mother, who recently flew 9,000 miles from West Africa to Taiwan to donate a kidney to her son, on Thursday thanked Taiwan's doctors and nurses following a successful kidney transplant at a hospital in Taoyuan.

When you need an international medical treatment for a kidney disease ( transplant), the First things you need are as follows.

Recipient:
1. Your medical examination report.
A. Blood test
B. CT scan

Donor:

2. A. Donors Blood test
B. Certified relationship between donor and the recipient ( for treatment in taiwan)

With these information, then one can communicate with a hospital to advise what to do next.

I successfully underwent a kidney transplant at Chang Gung memorial hospital in Linkou, Taiwan 🇹🇼.

It would have been very difficult to get to this stage without the support of the wonderful people around the world, therefore I would like to do the same for others.
Anyone needing an international medical treatment, you may contact me for any information regarding any form of treatment at this hospital.
