Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital prioritizes providing the best healthcare quality services and conducts personnel training! We'll take you through the daily training routine of medical professionals from a learner's perspective.
Due to the impact of the pandemic, Linkou Chang Gung has established a 3D virtual reality platform. It allows new healthcare staff to get acquainted with the Linkou Chang Gung family even before they join, accelerating their adaptation to the working environment!
During the event, they demonstrate scenarios commonly encountered in medical settings, such as outpatient check-ins, blood draws, medication pick-ups, MRI scans, vascular imaging examinations, and more. Additionally, they provide hands-on experience with a surgical knot-tying training simulator, giving everyone a chance to step into the shoes of a surgeon and personally practice wound handling!
This year, the Joint Commission of Taiwan has collaborated with seven benchmark hospitals to curate an exhibition. They cover various clinical training scenarios, including outpatient care, laboratory testing/imaging, surgery/invasive procedures, emergency care, telemedicine, disaster/war injury treatment, and more. This showcases a new and engaging clinical training solution that is fun, safe, and allows for repetitive practice.
