到醫院看醫師時，第一件事就是量血壓。隨秋冬季節到來，有長輩發現，量出來的血壓比過去還要高，甚至達高血壓標準，但旁人卻說沒關係，「冬天血壓本來就比較高啊！」 雖然聽來安心，但冬天血壓高，真的不用擔心嗎？
