Mental health is essential for the smooth functioning of any individual or organization, and it plays a crucial role in ensuring workplace productivity, safety, and overall success. However, mental health problems are increasingly becoming a major concern in the workplace, and they have a significant impact on both the employees and the organization as a whole.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, and they can arise due to various factors such as work-related stress, harassment, discrimination, and job insecurity. emotionally drained or exhausted due to work-related stress, and one in five reported feeling depressed or anxious.

Mental health problems in the workplace can lead to decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and high turnover rates. The direct and indirect costs associated with mental health issues in the workplace are significant, and they can affect the organization's bottom line.

Katika Jamii yetu ambapo uelewa kuhusu AFYA ya Akili ambao upo chini,wahanga wengi wamekuwa wakikimbilia kwa viongozi wa Dini kwa ajili ya kupata msaada.

Elimu ya Afya ya Akili yenye hamasa kubwa bado inahitajika miongoni mwa waumini ili waweze kuamua kupata msaada mapema kwa wataalamu wa akili katika vituo vya Afya k**a wanavyofanya kwa tiba za mwili.
