🔹 Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning, including on weekends.
🔹 If possible, make your sleeping area quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.

1️⃣99% of cervical cancer cases are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infections

2️⃣Cervical Cancer can be prevented by vaccines and screening! HPV vaccines for girls and adolescents between 9 and 14 years are safe and given in one dose to prevent cervical cancer. Women are advised to get a screening by the age of 30 and repeat it every 5 to 10 years if they test negative.

3️⃣Early stages of cervical cancer often have no symptoms, which is why regular cervical cancer screening is important, even if you have been vaccinated against HPV.

4️⃣Cervical cancer is among the most treatable forms of cancer, especially when detected at an early stage. Timely screening is essential.
