HOW TO COPE WITH NEGATIVE EMOTION IN YOUR LIFE.
The world is fitted with both positive and negative energy. Emotions are one aspect of that energy. Negative emotions such as anger,hate, and fear generally bring adverse result. Positive emotion such as love and caring always bring favourable result. Both are part of the life force. Some people feel that all negative emotion should be avoided and expressed. That we all share both type of emotions is one of the paradoxes of life.
Both negative and positive emotions are important and both are different aspect of the expression of the life energy. When this integration occurs your emotional system is balanced and healing occurs. So lets talk about negative emotion such as anger, hate, anxiety, fear, conflict and frustration and guilt.
Lets start with Anger.
ANGER- anger is one of the common weak spot. Its an emotion that is difficult to learn to express appropriately in our culture.It is often avoided because to deal with it is too much of a challenge to our weak sense of self. Anger itself is good at times and needs to be expressed.
Anger that is often repressed or denied, that is put down in the subconscious mind and not out of daily conscious awareness is what difficulty. When this emotion is blocked continually and not expressed outwardly in some way, the force of emotion remain inside. Tension,rigidity, ulcers, and high blood pressure may result.
Also, much psychic energy is spent trying to keep repressed, angry thought out of conscious mind. So there is decreased energy for dealing with the daily realities of life.
Awareness and expression of anger are often the first signs of improving your emotional state. Eventually, however, your will learn to give up your anger. This does not mean to express it so that it come out in a physical form, but rather to transcend your anger.
