KUKOSA FURAHA HATA KWENYE VITU ULIVYOKUWA UNAPENDA
Kuna wakati mtu anafika hatua hata vitu vilivyokuwa vinamfurahisha zamani havimpi tena hisia yoyote.
Muziki hauvutii tena. Story hazifurahishi tena. Kutoka, kuongea na watu, au kufanya hobby fulani kunakuwa k**a mzigo.
Na hapo ndipo wengi huanza kusema:
“Mbona nimebadilika hivi?”
Hii inaweza kuwa dalili ya akili kuchoka kihisia.
🔷 furaha inapungua taratibu
🔷 moyo unakuwa mzito bila sababu wazi
🔷 vitu vizuri vinaanza kuonekana kawaida tu
🔷 motivation inapotea polepole
Watu wengi hujilaumu wakidhani:

🔶 wamepoteza mwelekeo
🔶 au hawana shukrani
Lakini wakati mwingine ni sonona ya kimya kimya.
