Kuna wakati mtu anafika hatua hata vitu vilivyokuwa vinamfurahisha zamani havimpi tena hisia yoyote.

Muziki hauvutii tena. Story hazifurahishi tena. Kutoka, kuongea na watu, au kufanya hobby fulani kunakuwa k**a mzigo.

Na hapo ndipo wengi huanza kusema:
“Mbona nimebadilika hivi?”
Hii inaweza kuwa dalili ya akili kuchoka kihisia.
🔷 furaha inapungua taratibu
🔷 moyo unakuwa mzito bila sababu wazi
🔷 vitu vizuri vinaanza kuonekana kawaida tu
🔷 motivation inapotea polepole

Watu wengi hujilaumu wakidhani:

Watu wengi hudhani depression ni kulia tu au kuonekana mwenye huzuni muda wote. Lakini ukweli ni kwamba kuna dalili nyingi huanza kimya kimya na kupuuzwa.

Mtu anaweza kuendelea na maisha kawaida… lakini ndani akili yake imechoka sana.

👉 Baadhi ya dalili ambazo watu hupuuza:
🔷 kuchoka muda mwingi hata bila kazi nyingi
🔷 kupoteza hamu ya vitu ulivyokuwa unapenda
🔷 kujitenga na watu taratibu
🔷 overthinking kupita kiasi

Kuna watu wanaonekana sawa kabisa mbele za watu. Wanacheka, wanaongea vizuri, wanaendelea na kazi zao za kila siku… Lakini ndani yao kuna maumivu makubwa ambayo hakuna anayoyaona.

Hii ndiyo huitwa mara nyingi “hidden depression”.. sonona inayojificha.

👉 Kwa nini watu huficha maumivu yao?

🔷 wanaogopa kuhukumiwa
🔷 wanaona hakuna atakayewaelewa
🔷 wamezoea kusema “niko sawa” hata wakiwa hawapo sawa
🔷 wengine hawataki kuwa mzigo kwa watu wengine

👉 Dalili zinaweza kuwa:
🔶 kucheka mbele za watu lakini ukiwa peke yako unaumia
🔶 kujisikia tupu ndani
🔶 kuchoka kiakili bila sababu inayoonekana

Ukweli ni huu:
Unapojilinganisha na wengine, unapunguza thamani ya safari yako mwenyewe.
Kila mtu ana:

Ukweli ni huu:
Sio lazima uanze wiki kwa kukimbizana — anza kwa kupanga.
Badala ya kufanya kila kitu kwa haraka:

🔷 anza na kile kilicho na uzito zaidi
