Supports 50 children suffering form HIV/AIDS in the village of Makanya Tanzania by providing nutrition and transportation to medical appointments. KIWAMMA works in conjunction with Pamoja Africa to provide these services. It is their wish to offer help to more victims, through additional volunteer sponsorship and participation.
