Hey everyone,

I had a very productive meeting today with Rebecca from Seewayz Tanzania. She is helping to run a great organisation in Tanzania, that offer housing for orphaned or abandoned children. As part of the project they are helping to educate the children on site as well as gaining sponsorship for them to go onto education, catering for children past the age of 7 to go to English medium schools or government schools!

SWTz provides a home to orphaned and vulnerable children in northern Tanzania

Hey everyone, just a little update for you. We have been trying for 4 months to open a bank account for the charity without much success! There seems to be a lot of red tape in place.

We are going to try with another bank and see if we can get the account open. If not we have some other plans in the pipeline.

Hey everyone,

You can now see more pictures from our trip to Tanzania giving you an insight into this beautiful country and the children we can all help.

Tupendane Children's Trust bank account will hopefully be up and ready for your kind donations next week. Christmas is fast approaching and we all know its a time of giving, together with your help we can make it Christmas every day for these children.

We are looking for people to make monthly donations so that we can sponsor as many children as possible to go to school. We recommend a minimum of £5 a month, which is the equivalent of a pint and packet of walkers crisps and then we are a quarter of the way to sending 1 child to school and changing their lives forever like we have all ready done with our 3 sponsored children Irene, Elisha and Karen. Depending on the child's age, it costs from £20 per month for a child to go to an English Medium school. Education is paramount in Tanzania and will truly make a huge difference to the children's future. We will be able to give you regular updates of how the children are doing and assign you to a specific child so that you can concentrate on their progress and watch them grow.

We have direct links to both schools and the families, therefore, we can guarantee that your money and support will go exactly where we need it to go.

This school is in Usa River and run by the wonderful Janet. Children from the age of 3-7 years come here. Elisha and Irene have been loving their time here. Bethlehem is expanding and will soon be able to take children up to the age of 11 years old.
