I would recommend including in your diet once a week sub-products (beef liver and cod liver), fatty fish, seaweed/seaweed, avocado, coconut oil, cranberries; on a regular basis use olive oil, dairy products, broccoli cabbage, flax seeds, nuts (in limited quantities, of course).
Please note: having seen the cherished number on the scales, it is too early to celebrate the victory. This result must be "secured". Only after staying at this weight for three years can we say that the goal is achieved!
