My home-based yoga looks almost the same. Except I have to handle the corners, furniture, family members talking to me while Savasana.😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello beautiful people 🌿

It has been almost two weeks that I’m not teaching yoga under the palm trees along with the relaxing sound of waves. I miss that time. And I’m glad I enjoyed it at its fullest and sincerely shared it with everyone. 🙌🏻

Yoga brings me to new adventures. It connects with amazing people. While being in Ukraine I organised a unique workshop where the body meets the mind, yoga works together with psychological practices.

I like to gather likeminded people and create something small and yet powerful. We shared good feelings in the body after relaxing yoga, refreshed our mind with guided meditation, connected with our inner child through the art-therapy with qualified psychologist and enjoyed our time over healthy snacks. As a bonus, we grasped some fresh air and nature in the middle of the busy city. 🌳

I can’t stop expressing my gratitude for everything that happens in my life! ✨

☝🏻Lifehack for travellers: it is essential to do joints and muscles warmup for making your flight more enjoyable and promote blood circulation! That’s exactly what I did at Stockholm-Arlanda airport.

🌿 ANNOUNCEMENT 🌿

My dear students and those who wanted to join me for classes in Torremolinos, I have sad news for you. I will leave this beautiful place tomorrow for the unknown period of time.

TODAY is the DAY! Come and join us for the last Beach yoga class from 8-9pm at La Carihuela beach. 🌴

I will miss every beautiful soul I’ve met here for the past few months. I will stay in touch and post useful yoga-tips and short videos so we can continue our yoga-journey together! Mane sure you like 👍🏻 and subscribe to my page for more info and inspiration!✨

Sometimes I open my eyes after Savasana the final relaxation of the class and can’t believe my eyes. We practice under the palm trees, enjoying a soft sea breeze on our skin, we hear parrots chirping and see the sunset over the water. There is a feeling that it’s all unreal as you feel so inspired and connected with nature and more important with yourself. I’m happy to call this place MY CLASSROOM. 🌴🧘🏻‍♀️

And I don’t understand when people enjoy it as well and don’t mind to leave their own garbage. They don’t respect those who might come after them and more importantly they don’t respect themselves.

If all of us clean after themselves we wouldn’t suffer from pollution problems. It took me 10 min to clean the « classroom » and give it a pleasant feeling of natural cleanliness.

What I want to say here is that we shouldn’t forget where we are and respect mother-nature. Please if you see any garbage flying over the beach or even on the sidewalk, pick it up and embrace your contribution to the clean environment and mindful people around.

We had an amazing yoga-practice this morning. Just look at those happy and relaxed faces. I love to notice how the facial expression and even body posture change from sleepy to energized and happy ones after the class.

I love to be in harmony with myself, with my body, with the environment around me. 🌿

The discussion about environmental problems is very trendy nowadays and I’m happy to see how more and more people step on the eco-friendly path.

Living in Spain I admit how lucky we are to have a well-developed system for recycling waste materials. 🇪🇸♻️

This system might be different from what you’re used at home. So I decided to share a few tips on how to stay ECO-FRIENDLY while in Spain.

It’s all about knowing which colour of the bin represents which kind of waste. There are five categories:

💚 Green = glass
💙 Blue = paper and cardboard
🧡 Brown = organic waste
💛 Yellow = plastic and containers
🖤 Grey = non-recyclable trash
(Sometimes grey bins could be green which confuses a bit)

It doesn’t matter if you’re on vacation or live in Spain the recycling bins usually within a few minutes walk so you can easily help our planet to stay clean.

I love mornings because it’s the beginning of the new day, because it brings fresh air for my favourite yoga practice. And the secret of the quick wake up for the whole body is NAULI.

Why yoga?

Hello everyone!

I'm Kate and I'm in love with yoga. 💛

I started my yoga-journey 8 years ago. I traveled to 4 continents where I tried different styles of yoga and met a lot of inspiring souls. This gave me knowledge and idea of what my body needs and what feels the best.

While practicing daily I saw the benefits of the exercises not only for my body but for my mind, mood and productivity. I realized that yoga could be key to a happy and healthy life.
