COCKTAIL CUTTLES
Ingredients:
Pollack - 1 kg
White bread - 3-4 slices
Onion - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Spices - 1/2 tsp. (black pepper, ground coriander)
Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
1. Place pieces of bread in the bowl of the food processor. Grind to the state of fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.
2. Place the onion and garlic in the chopper. Grind for a few minutes.
3. Add the po***ck fillet to the onion and garlic. Grind to a uniform minced meat.
4. Mix breadcrumbs with minced fish, salt, spices and egg.
5. Scoop the minced meat with a tablespoon and shape small cutlets with your hands.
6. Heat the oil in a pan, lay out the cutlets. Fry until golden brown.
