Light salad with chicken, egg pancakes and balsamic sauce

Ingredients:
Arugula - 50 g
Chicken fillet - 200 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 65 ml
Mucha - 10 g
Avocado - 1 pc.
Olive oil
Pine nuts - 15 g
Garlic - 1 tooth.
Ground black pepper
Khmeli-suneli - ½ tsp
Salt
Balsamic Sauce
Lemon - ⅓ pcs.

Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with milk and water, add a little salt.
2. Lubricate the heated pan with a small amount of olive oil and pour out part of the egg mixture. Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the pan and cook over medium-low heat.
3. As soon as the top of the pancake has grabbed, we twist it into a roll. Transfer the pancake to a plate and cut into several pieces. Preparing the rest of the pancakes.
4. Cut the fillet into medium thin pieces.
5. Sprinkle the chicken with chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper and suneli hops. Fry over high heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
6. We cut the avocado into plates. Sprinkle it with a small amount of lemon juice.
7. Roast the pine nuts a little.
8. Put arugula mixed with pine nuts in the center of each plate, pour a small amount of olive oil. We unpack a few pieces of pancakes and avocados.
9. Spread the chicken and pour over the salad with a small amount of balsamic sauce.

Grilled lamb

Necessary ingredients:
- 1 kg of lamb on ribs
- 1 tbsp. l. stars
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 2 buds of cloves
- half a stick of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. peas of black pepper
- a pinch of red hot pepper
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil

Cooking process:
Cut the lamb between the ribs into portions. Rub with salt and pepper, immediately lower into the oil so that it completely covers the meat. Cover with a film, put in a cold place for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of spices, grind everything in a coffee grinder. Heat the grill to maximum.
Remove the lamb from the oil, place on paper towels. When the excess oil drains, rub each piece with a spicy mixture and grill for 5-10 minutes on each side (depending on the quality of the meat).

Turkish lemonade

Ingredients:
Orange - 2 pcs.
lemon - 2 pcs.
water - 3 liters
Sugar - to taste

Preparation:
1. Wash the orange and lemon, cut them into small pieces and put them in the freezer overnight.
2. Take the fruit out of the freezer, pass it through a meat grinder, add water, sugar, mix thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
