Dietary fats are so often demonized, while same dietary fats from plant oils are often praised for no real reason.
We have no reasons to be afraid of any type of fats - be it animal or plant based ones, if we eat them as a part of whole foods. 🔹Fatty fish or meat will satiate you and keep you full long time
🔹Avocados will provide you with both fats and fiber that will satiate you and nourish your intestines
🔹Eggs have a perfect blend of protein and fats and also important vitamins like vitamin D, A, B12
Women need to regularly eat fatty foods like fish, meat, eggs, butter, avocado, olives, nuts, and some seeds if they want to:
💚 have enough energy for their daily life challenges
💚 feel satiated and support their blood sugar balance
💚 support their hormonal health - since we need fats to build s*x hormones
