Белковый салат с фасолью и курицей

Куриное филе 300 г
Фасоль консервированная в с/с 150 г
Огурцы 3 шт (средние)
Яйцо 2 шт
Чеснок 2 зб
Листья салата
Сметана 10% 3 ст.л
Горчица 1 ч.л (не острая)⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Куриное филе отварить, обжарить без масла или запечь.
Чеснок пропустить через пресс или потереть на мелкой тёрке.
Яйцо отварить.
Порезать яйцо, огурцы и куриное филе.
Смешать сметану и горчицу.
Смешать все ингредиенты и заправить смесью сметаны и горчицы.
