No one should lie you that drinking all sorts of concoctions and herbs will help you achieve the required body shape, size and weight.

Dear ladies, did you know that 35years is considered a late gestation age? Plan to have babies within the right age-range(20s) to avoid complications that come with advanced age pregnancies. Some of the complications include; placental abruption, premature rapture of the membrane, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension) and infertility (trouble getting pregnant).
Be mindful as you slay around!!!

Intermittent fasting as an option for weight loss.
This is one of the ancient but reliable ways of losing weight if properly followed. It is involuntarily practiced by the rural people due to lack of enough food for a given period of time.
Intermittent fasting is actually meal skipping with an aim of allowing sufficient time for the body to use the energy stores like fats in the body.
Simple and most common plan:
1. Skip breakfast
2.Eat lunch at 12-1pm
3. Eat supper at 6-7pm.
4.Then eat again the following day during lunch time. This means you have 18-19 hours between supper and next days lunch for the body to burn fats.
*Make sure you do not drink or eat any thing that contains calories or energy coz it might affect its effectiveness. Consistency is also important.
*You can combine this with other therapies like aerobic exercise and special diets such as ketogenic diet for better outcomes.

Do you have a problem with eating larger amount of food than you wish to per meal? One simple way is to drink water at least 30mins to meal time such that you can feel full faster and hence eat small amount.
Always remain hydrated by drinking enough water during the day. Dont only wait to drink water after eating.
