TEST EVERY WOMAN MUST UNDERGO PERIODICALLY.

The Breast Examination is a test to check for lumps or changes in the breasts that could be signs of breast cancer. If any lumps are found, it can be treated early if necessary.

Every woman should check her blood pressure at least twice a year, especially if she has a family history of high blood pressure, or if she is overweight or stressed.
