What's the use of doing what he says or of trying to show the Almighty that we are sorry for what we have done? *As we see it, proud people are the ones who are happy. Evil people not only prosper, but they test God's patience with their evil deeds and get away with it.'*_

Yes this world is not just because its ruler (Satan) is corrupt. Sometimes God's people who live in the right may find life hard for them; Little happiness as compared to the evil doers. *But justice will reign when the Lord acts.*

Then the evil ones can go ahead and discourage the godly from being devoted to God. They speak with pride and nothing happens to them.
*Our wish for them should not be to die in sin, keep praying for them instead, coz God came to tell you and I that when he acts, justice will reign.*

🔥 *Ecclesiastes 3:16-17* _In addition, I have also noticed that in this world you find wickedness where justice and right ought to be. *I told myself, "God is going to judge the righteous and the evil alike, because everything, every action, will happen at its own set time."*_

The wicked should not be proud of the evil they do. Sinners should not boast if God has given them happiness on top of their evil works. Believers should not stop doing good coz the wicked prosper more than them. Seek the Lord because *justice will reign when God acts.*

*Malachi 3:5* _The LORD Almighty says, "I will appear among you to judge, and I will testify at once against those who practice magic, against adulterers, against those who give false testimony, those who cheat employees out of their wages, and those who take advantage of widows, orphans, and foreigners – against all who do not respect me._

If you are doing any of these things or any evil things, and the Lord has not punished you, don't think he won't, change your ways coz *justice will surely reign when the Lord acts.*

SICKLE CELL ANEMIA

Sickle cell anemia (sickle cell disease) is a disorder of the blood caused by an inherited abnormal hemoglobin (the oxygen-carrying protein within the red blood cells). The abnormal hemoglobin causes distorted (sickled appearing under a microscope) red blood cells. The sickled red blood cells are fragile and prone to rupture. When the number of red blood cells decreases from rupture (hemolysis), anemia is the result. This condition is referred to as sickle cell anemia. The irregular sickled cells can also block blood vessels causing tissue and organ damage and pain.

What are the symptoms and signs of sickle cell anemia?

Virtually all of the major symptoms of sickle cell anemia are the direct result of the abnormally shaped, sickled red blood cells blocking the flow of blood that circulates through the tissues of the body. The tissues with impaired circulation suffer damage from lack of oxygen. Damage to tissues and organs of the body can cause severe disability in patients with sickle cell anemia. The patients endure episodes of intermittent "crises" of variable frequency and severity, depending on the degree of organ involvement.

The major features and symptoms of sickle cell anemia include:

Fatigue and anemia
Pain crises
Dactylitis (swelling and inflammation of the hands and/or feet) and arthritis
Bacterial infections
Sudden pooling of blood in the spleen and liver congestion
Lung and heart injury
Leg ulcers
Aseptic necrosis and bone infarcts (death of portions of bone)
Eye damage

Causes
Sickle cell anemia is caused by a mutation in the gene that tells your body to make the red, iron-rich compound that gives blood its red color (hemoglobin). Hemoglobin allows red blood cells to carry oxygen from your lungs to all parts of your body. In sickle cell anemia, the abnormal hemoglobin causes red blood cells to become rigid, sticky and misshapen.

A stomach ulcer involves an erosion in a person's gastrointestinal tract. An ulcer may also be referred to as a, 'Peptic Ulcer.' The most common form of ulcer is a duodenal ulcer which occurs within the first foot of a person's small intestine, just beyond their stomach. Ulcers which form in a person's stomach are referred to as, 'Gastric Ulcers.' Ulcers are neither cancerous, or contagious; duodenal ulcers are nearly always benign, and stomach ulcers may become malignant. Stomach ulcer disease affects millions of citizens in America each year. The size of the ulcer a person may experience ranges from between an eight of an inch to three-quarters of an inch.

Causes Of Stomach Ulcers:
Peptic ulcers are directly caused by the destruction of either the intestinal or gastric lining of a person's stomach by hydrochloric acid, a form of acid that is present in the digestive juices of the stomach. An infection, caused by the Helicobacter Pylori bacterium, is believed to play a role in causing both duodenal and gastric ulcers. The bacterium can be transmitted from person to person via food that has been contaminated, as well as through water.

An injury to the gastric mucosal lining, in combination with a weakening of the person's mucous defenses, can also cause a gastric ulcer. Excessive secretion of hydrochloric acid, psychological stress, as well as genetic predisposition, are contributing factors to either the formation or worsening of duodenal ulcers. Chronic use of anti-inflammatory medications, as well as cigarette smoking, can worsen duodenal ulcers, or cause treatment to fail.

Alcoholic cirrhosis has been linked to increased risk of ulcers, while heavy drinking has been shown to delay the healing of ulcers.
