DETOX WATER & HYDRATION
Is water infused with fruits, vegetables or herbs as seen in the slides. Fruits like orange, lemon, tamarind, veggies like cucumber, radish herbs like rosemary, hibiscus, etc.
On our detox plan detox water is the first thing in the morning on empty stomach, this is a habit everyone needs to adopt and adapt.

RECIPE
✓Slice your fruits of choice, for tamarind choose 4pods ✓place in water ( temp) and soak over night ✓take that in the morning on an empty stomach.
