REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERING UGANDAN CHILDREN FROM AGE 0-15 TO GET NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS(NINS) BY NIRA.
Photocopies of Parents’ National Identity Cards.(both or one of them)

Notification of Birth records from the place of Birth or (baptism card or immunisation cards) for kids aged 0-5.

Original National Identity card for the person presenting the child.

NB: we shall be Registering on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Namulundu HCIV.
