Heart2Heart Chat Mental Health Program Angela Nsimbi and and Shine Heirs Zinhle Ramashala with partners brought the Keturah Mental Health Awards to South Africa.
The maiden event took place at La Chateau on October 25th 2025.

The photos tell part of the story; smiles of winners! Men & women transforming lives in the mental health space.
Each one of them building a brick to bringing healing of minds in their communities.
The heartbeat of the Keturah Mental Health Awards is to bring mental health matters in the spotlight as nations heal.
We cannot keep silent when every 40 seconds a life is lost to su***de.
We cannot be afraid of being vulnerable when 15-29year olds are the most vulnerable to this tragic loss of lives ( WHO) with 720000 people's lives lost to su***de annually.

It's time also look within. This informed our theme Fatherhood and it's effects on mental health. Fatherhood is important because present fathers contribute to raising strong, confident & emotionally resilient children. ( James Dobson Founder of Focus on Family).

We now arise as our fathers, men, boys, sons, get their voice to also get support for their mental health.
Fatherhood matters.
