Kiboko Enterprises Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in May 1992 under the flagship of Kiboko Group of Companies. It is the powerhouse of FMCG distribution in Uganda.

2. Abacus Pharma was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1995 under the flagship of Kiboko Group of Companies. We are largest pharmaceutical distributor by size and principals in Uganda and Eastern Africa.

3. Abacus Parenteral Drugs is a professionally managed company constituted by the promoters of Kiboko group with a vision to deliver world class High End – High Value market of disposable medical devices. We have the capacity to supply Large and Small volume parenterals to the entire East African region.

4. Our latest venture, Kiboko Financial Services Ltd, incorporated early 2013. We provide an ethical and service driven insurance brokerage where the customers needs are our focal area.
