It has always been and it seems will be that prevention is far ahead of cure.The question is whether we listen to that statement or just say it and walk on, do policy makers do the same?
If we put more efforts and resources into prevention we would have more to spare for other sectors only that it's possible that some bad people you did call the spoiled Apple exist to survive,live or flourish on treatment than prevention cause treatment means business continuity while prevention cuts it.
Anew game changer is being tried and it will be done in several countries and we all pray that it hits the expectations of researchers and it's rolled out especially for us in developing countries where a dose costs more than a lunch meal for 30 days

We have seen most govt sympathisers trying to downplay the ability of Ugandans to just replicate what the Kenyan youth did one actuallywent far to claim that since it was only 1% of the population it does not matter much .

Now here we ask ...did he fail to use the same powers to defend his son? How will you come around to defend the judge that did this as not being biased?

The Constitution of Israel is so set that in times of war of special operations,a war cabinet is set up and recognised by all parties and the country in general so that not only one individual makes decisions that could hurt the general interests of the country viz avi those of individual leaders that's where this gentleman came in to work with The prine minister and the other minister of defence to make a 3 man cabinaet.
By rescent polls the man that resigned today is much popular than the actual primer the one and only Benjamin Netanyahu.it was just amater of time since he gave his specific issues to be address and a timeframe among them the plan post conflict and when the it ends,issues which Benja had no nearby inteest to adress since he wanted to use war to claim victory and improve his ratings.
But by Israel standards which from the siege has always been painted as the masterpiece of pricision and efficiency we can say it has fallen flat on its belly.
How on earth would one celebrate the rescue of 4 people with death of hundreds of palastenes who are also ple with blood in their veins?
