The Health committee of Uganda Parliament headed by Dr Bukenya on 15/10/2018 visited the administration of father Muller medical college Mangalore India to study how homeopathy is taught, legislation and manufacture of Drugs. The committee is handling the indigenous and complimentary medicine bill 2015. The committee visit to India came result of Homeopathic Society of uganda appearing before it when we presented our views with regards to the above bill.

Today 23/02/2018 Mr Ruparelia, in Uganda we call the father of Homeopathy has passed away and may his soul rest in eternal life. He is the first person to open up a Homeopathic clinic in Kampala offering free medication. He conducted many mobile clinics to eastern uganda and will be remembered by the people of Iganga. By time of his death he was advocating the recognition of Homeopathy in Uganda. Ruparelia we shall miss you
