Ishasha community medical center is private , not –for profit that was founded by Fred and his wife Nurse Nahurira Aria in 2019 during covid time . This clinic is located about 2km away from the Katokye gate queen Elizabeth national park in Kameme village kihihi sub-county kanungu district, uganda . The main reason to start this clinic was to help the community members especially pregnant mothers, young children and refugees from Congo who were dying because of easily preventable diseases and some animal could come from queen Elizabeth national park to raid community gardens and injure the people and could end up dying due to hospital being very far and poor means of transport in the area.
