Stevia in my basket this morning 🌿
The natural way to replace sugar — zero calories, zero effect on sugar levels.
Still taking regular sugar?
Maybe it’s time to switch 😊

Neem powder, made from neem tree leaves — one of nature’s true healing gifts. 🌿
It supports clear skin, strengthens hair, controls diabetes, helps prevent malaria and fevers, heals peptic ulcers, and detoxes the body naturally.
Add neem to your wellness routine — your body will thank you! 💚

Blessed week ✨

How often do you pick your blue butterfly pea flowers?
What you see in this basket is just one day’s harvest — we picked them this morning!
Imagine if we left all these blooms on the plant 😅 So go pick your flowers — 💚

Two to three weeks ago, we trimmed this kamunye, and now it’s already back — full, bushy, and ready for another harvest! 😊
Kamunye is often used fresh or dried to help cleanse, nurture, and heal the uterus, especially after childbirth. A gentle herb that eases the postpartum journey. 💚

Do you grow kamunye?
Have you noticed it grows this fast too?

Good morning and have a lovely day 🤗

Starting your own herb garden is simpler than you think.

The last of the basics is important! 😊

What herbs would you like to start with if you don’t have a herb garden yet? 🌿

Last week, we visited a nursery school to plant some culinary and medicinal herbs 🌱
They’ll be showcasing these beautiful plants on concert day — showing parents the value of growing plants at home that add real value to health and everyday living.

It’s such a good idea to teach our little ones from an early age the importance of growing plants we can use in our everyday life — plants that can improve our well-being. Even better, they’ll be sharing this lesson with their parents too! 💚

Is this an idea you’d love to see more schools embrace?

A beautiful morning sight of a dandelion puffball growing between mugwort plants. When you find one, just blow it — this will give you more dandelion plants around. I love blowing these 😊
Good morning, and have a lovely day 🤗
