Just like a warm sunny day, when a storm appears it disrupts our plans. We are inconvenienced and don't feel as productive.
The same happens when we are hit with a personal storm in our life. We were expecting one thing and something else happened. Disappointment and other emotions set in.

But even in the midst of the storm there is beauty. There is beauty in our resilience and our faith is strengthened. Look for the beauty in your storm, it will look different each time.

Good morning

It’s inevitable that at some point in life we are going to face fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of rejection, fear of failure. So realistically we know we can’t block it but it does not have to consume us. Trusting and knowing that our faith has greater power than the outcome of our fears allows us to face it head on with victory in the horizon.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to some and reintroduce to others. I am Tara Johnson, the Founder/Owner of Alive Coaching and Wellness. I started my business in 2018 to bring awareness and advocacy to women's mental and spiritual health.

Being a Clinician, Wife, and Mother I recognized very quickly the importance of personal development and healthy conversations.

It brings me great joy to come alongside fellow female entrepreneurs and career professionals to offer mental, emotional and spiritual coaching.
